Imagine now La Romanée-Conti producing a wine in the Languedoc area… That happened in Spain: Alvaro Palacio brought his greatest know-how and all his care in creating this wine from a small vineyard situated in the Bierzo area, in the north-west of Spain.
The 2004 vintage was expected with great attention... It offers elegance and precision thanks to a fine blueberry bouquet with flowers and crushed stones hints. The lenght is simply delicious. Rated 93/100 by Robert Parker, Petalos del Bierzo 2004 is a very beautiful discovery this year!
