On a stony surface outcrop that goes by the wonderful name of Jalle de Breuil, that this chateau shares with Cos d'Estournel, Bernard Audoy produces classically elegant wines using a traditional wine-making process. Nevertheless, the quality of the wines has improved considerably since the late 80s, well-structured and with a fruity bouquet, even though the more recent vintages have differed somewhat.
