The Gouges family has a long-standing reputation in the Nuits-Saint-Georges appellation. Today it is Christian, Henri's grandson, and his cousin Pierre, who are in charge. Limited yield and treatment, maximum 20% aged in new barrels for 24 months give their wines an inimitable touch. They should be left for at least four years after bottling before they are drunk. ,
