A 32 hectare domaine - 7 hectares of which are planted with white varieties - and where Jean Orliac, the owner and agricultural engineer, has made his wines a point of reference in the Coteaux-du-Languedoc appellation. He has been working with considerable skill now for some years on land which had already been used for wine-growing as well as olive trees. His white wines can be drunk early on, whilst his red wines should be left for several years before drinking.
