La nouvelle composition de ce grand classique prisé en primeurs, comporte 31% Merlot, 59% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Cabernet Franc et 6% Petit Verdot.
Château Lafon-Rochet 2008 distille des parfums “voluptueux” (J. Robinson) de fruits noirs complexes et concentrés : mûre, myrtille, cassis. L’amateur retrouve ceux-ci sous le palais, exaltés par un style élégant, opulent, dense et séduisant, grâce à des touches de fruits rouges, de cèdre et de poivre.
Il sera très intéressant de suivre l’évolution de ce jeune Saint-Estèphe réussi.
