“Better than in 2004, 2006 and 2007, and as deep as 2005”. According to Bruno Borie, its owner, Ducru Beaucaillou 2008 will be one of the best vintages in the history of the Château. And a mark of 96-98/100 from Parker confirms it!

At first discreet, the Lord Ducru-Beaucaillou soon reveals all the scope of its complexity, which is enhanced by 85% of Cabernet Sauvignon: blackberries, blackcurrant, raspberries, liquorice, coffee, smoke, cedar, violets, etc.

It is made from only a third of the harvest and will thrill lovers of incredible Saint-Julien wines!

Under the palate, it shows a beautiful range of mineral notes, a distinguished character with a full, precise, powerful and very pure body. It will age with grace and elegance over a period of 30 years.
