Château Pontet Canet 2007
Fifth Classed Growth, Pauillac, red
Bordeaux, France
Shipping : June 2010
Price : 46.00 EUR excl. tax
Available per multiple of 1 bottle(s).

If the exceptional success of the “gifted” Pontet Canet is not entirely surprising for its faithful lovers, we must however point out the beautiful – and improbable – strength of this Pauillac and recognise that it is truly no small feat within the context of this vintage!
And we salute the extraordinary work of the Tesseron family.
This year, Parker, which awarded it a mark of 91-94/100, feels that it is one of the best undertakings in Médoc. A small beauty with light aromas of crushed blackberries, black currant, flowers, liquorice, smoke…
This is a “complete wine”, write Bettane and Desseauve, which combines fineness, refinement, density, balance and maturity.
A star of the vintage.
