Rieussec 2006, which is “Very different from other Sauternes and Barsacs”, according to Jancis Robinson, bewitches by its great purity and its complexity that propels rich (and talented) notes of white fruit, honey, gingerbread and citrus to the front of the stage. Château Rieussec, in line with all the vintages that have followed Rieussec 2001, which were all major successes, continues scaling the highest summits. Don’t even doubt it!
