This very sensual wine can be tasted rapidly. Splendid in the glass, this successful wine - comparable to 1990 and 2003 - offers you generous flavours of red and black fruits, violet and some hints of liquorice. Velvety in mouth, it finishes with finesse releasing delicious spicy hints.
One of the Phélan Ségur secrets, according to Jancis Robinson from the Financial Times, is above all that it is “ A solid block like Cos d’Estournel”.
