« 2005 is exploding after the apparent tenderness », Jean-Pascal Vazart who managed it exclaimed, his wine as well. It reveals an intense purple colour and exotic perfumes of chocolate, blackberry, coffee and hints of tobacco and spices. It has been honoured by a perfect rating by Wine Spectator - 100/100 - for its opulent and strong elaboration. Merlot-based with 85%, it has aged in wooden barrels. This wine explodes on the palate, and then hints of cacao and tea appear with roundness and mellowness. A very nice Pomerol.
