This Chablis comes from vineyards that lay on both banks of the Serein River, and each one is located below a great name, the Vaillons on the left bank and Fourchaume on the right. Hence the name of this great Chablis classic (“The Two Banks”), which is lively, mature and rich in notes of citrus, flowers and gunflint.
