The connoisseur already has this sparkling eyes, he knows…. He knows that we enter here the wine spheres of « haute couture », handmade and inspired by Eloi Dürrbach, the guide of a whole region who, refusing the status A.O.C. (Appellation d’Origine Controlée= controlled appellation of origin) in the name of creation liberty, got the « Vin de Pays » out of the ghetto. Here the Trévallon, nicknamed « the Château Margaux of the Provence », an abolutely unique wine in its composition of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Syrah : the fineness, the structure, the ageing potential of Bordeaux wines, the delicious intensity of the Southern wines. For this artists’ son – his parents were close friends with Pablo Picasso – the assemblage is one of the noblest arts and he has not a single doubt, that this great wine of 2001 will delight all its fans all over the world.
