“At the top of the name” (RVF), Rauzan Ségla 2007 explodes with very pure aromas of cherries and blackberries and nuances of flowers, pepper and smoke.
A little over half the harvest was kept for the great wine of the owners of Chanel, which is managed with a master’s touch by John Kolasa. He has chosen to integrate 15% of pressed wine in its composition in order to give it density.
And he was right to do so! This supple and refined Margaux combines elegance, volume, fineness and depth in a marvellous manner. It finishes on fresh and suave notes of liquorice. It will age easily over the next ten years.
Not to be missed!
