Calon Ségur 2007, which uses 65% of superb Cabernets Sauvignons, 23% Merlot and 1% Petit Verdot (12.5% of press wine) in its composition, is a complex, structured, spicy, velvety and mature Saint-Estèphe.
Less powerful than usual, it is no less noble and refined.
Its many lovers will enjoy it fully while waiting for the greatest vintages in their wine cellar.
