At Ausone, the 2007 vintage plunged Alain Vauthier and his team into the vineyard’s rows during the entire summer period. But the result is worthy of the sacrifice. This myth of Bordeaux, which is made of 55% Cabernet Franc, like in 2005, offers a successful, distinguished, lengthy and full-bodied vintage.
