Every year, Château Guiraud contributes to the lasting international reputation of Sauternes through its nobility and excellence.
In a constant quest for its own ideal and perfectly pitched voice, this Premier Cru Classé can count on an exceptional vineyard, which is entirely planted on the township of Sauternes. It takes advantage of the diversity of soils and sub-soils (mostly sand and clay gravel hills) and of the famous Sauternes microclimate.
It can also count on the talent of its four new presidents, of which Xavier Planty and Stephan von Neipperg, who have maintained it at its rightful rank, as the 2007 vintage shows.
Château Guiraud 2007, which bears the mark of freshness and richness, is a white wine coated in Acacia honey and wrapped in the sweet and seductive aromas of flowers, brioche, pear, mango and pineapple.
A complex, long and generous caress whose character, which is dazzling under the palate, captures the wine lover’s attention, and makes Guiraud 2007 “the only thing that matters” during the entire time it is enjoyed.
This fantastic vintage in white wines provides the opportunity to regild your wine cellars!
