Guiraud now has four owners: the Peugeot family, Olivier Bernard, Count Von Neipperg and Xavier Planty, who manages the winemaking. The latter, who has had his hands freed, produced this 2006 with passion, which is decked in greater unctuousness, and complex aromas of pear and spices (honey, nutmeg, ginger, pepper, etc.) in a silky, fresh and harmonious style. Caution, the high amount of sorting have logically made the production drop. There are twice as fewer cases in 2006 than in 2005. You must watch for its release and be reactive!
