Acustic 2006 : a new star of Spanish wines
Wednesday 09/07/2008 |
Hills, olive trees, brooms, dry herbs, almond trees… And vineyards that are mostly planted with Samso (a type of Carignan) and Garnatxa (Grenache) grapes, which are typical grape varieties of the Tarragone province. Acùstic, which is the new star of Spanish wines, takes its harmony from this typically Mediterranean landscape, specifically in Montsant, one of the youngest names (2001), but also one of the most dynamic in Catalonia.
Acùstic 2006, which received a mark of 90/100 from Parker, has an incredible price to pleasure ratio. It releases refined and complex aromas of cherries, cedar, spices and mineral notes. It is harmonious and very pure, and can easily be enjoyed until 2015.
A wine with a very promising future and to be enjoyed right away at this delicious price!
