One of the oldest Champagne houses, set up in Aÿ in 1584, and which is today run by a dynamic and lively woman Béatrice Cointreau (she is also in charge of Frapin cognac). The maximum number of reserve wines is high, which allows for a strong and concentrated style of wine, with a predominant note of black grapes.
