Burgundy
One of the excellent Côte-de-Nuits wine-growers who offers no fewer than some twenty appellations, four of which are grand cru. The vine is cultivated in a well thought out though laborious manner with hand harvesting, long fermentation periods and 50% ageing in new barrels for 18 months. L'Echezeaux is superb and the Vosne-Romanée turns out very well.
