Alsace
The Beyers travel extensively at the service of Alsace wines. From New York to Tokyo, via Paris and Berlin, they praise the irtues of the vintage wines like nobody else does. Their philosohpy? Rather than the grands crus - which they have never really defended - they promote their personal vintages, especially the famous Cuvée des Ecaillers. With their 20 hectares, in particular in the Eichberg grand cru, they grow the whole range of regional varieties, producing wines which age extremely well.
