On this magical hillside, the owners, the Daurés, who also own the Château de Jau, produce wines from the Banyuls and Collioure appellations. the rosé wine is produced from a short filmmaceration, whilst the red is aged in one or two year old barrels. The Les Banyuls Rimage – which in the region means Vintage - are also of an excellent standard.
