Since 1687, this small property doesn't know mass production. with a 100 000 bottles for 13 hectares (Which is ridiculous compare to average), Jean-Mary Tarlant wants to be the apostle of regularity. The Brut Zéro is a great value, but the cuvée Louis is really impressive. With an equal share of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, it's vinified in oak barrel and offer a great complexity and exceptional vinosity.
