Lalou Bize-Leroy was leading the Romanée-Conti Estate. She created the Leroy Estate in 1998 where she advocates "biodynamie", low yields and long fermentation before very careful ageing. Consideration for the "terroir" and obsession with quality are her rules to elaborate marvelous wines.
