The Clouet familly has always been taking care of the royal families : in fact, their ancestors were the kings'printers, then producers of the Kings'wine : The Bouzy. in a matter of rigour and "well done" work , they became the specialist of Pinot Noir and especially Blanc de Noirs (Champagne only made with Pinot Noir). Champagnes made with a unic "know how" in Bouzy.
