A fairly recent Saint-Estèphe domaine - covering a good forty hectares on chalky-clay, stony and sandy terroir running down to the river - of considerable interest. Cabernet-sauvignon is the predominant variety for these wines, two thirds of which are kept in new barrels. The ten year vintages are superb. The more recent ones are somewhat weaker.
