Quality is the sole philosohpy of Ghislaine and Gérard Gabuy at this 35 hectare property, (15 of which are planted with white varieties). Several red wines are produced. They may either be drunk early in the year or kept until they reach maturity. Balance and concentration are two constants at this property. The Côtes-du-Roussillon Muntada vintage, made from 100% syrah planted on a schist plot, is superb.
