The house was created in 1798. Its current managers, the extremely discrete Chiquet brothers, Jean-Hervé and Laurent, have adpoted a philosophy based entirely on quality. The domaine covers 25 hectares, 11 on the Côte des Blancs - producing the Avize, Aÿ, Dizy, and Hautvillers vintages. Everything they bottle bears the seal of quality and skill. Particularly exceptional vintages with late cleansing.
