A small and discreet property, but very precious by its hard work on quality wines. With their 20 hectares of Chardonnay, Nicole and Yves Moncuit build their policy essentially around vintages. Champagne aren't released until they're ready to drink. The "Nicole Moncuit" cuvée is a jewel that you must have.
