This 22 hectare domaine has a diversified production: 1.2 hectares are planted with white varieties (Chardonnay , Grenache Blanc and Ugni Blanc) – which flourish on the stony land in the heart of the Larzac plateau for the Coteaux-du-Languedoc Montpeyroux appellation. Yet the vins de pays (such as the 100% carignan) are also promoted here by Sylvain Fadat, a wine-grower who knows what wine-growing, harvesting and making are all about. He easily brings out the best of the terroir and its characteristics.
