This young domain, which is in full expansion, offers a nice list of Chablis Premiers Crus, of which “Vaugiraut”, a climate with southeast exposure and Kimmeridgian sub-soils. We might as well say that it is ideal for the delicate Chardonnay! This innate potential, the quality of the care it receives and exceptional conditions in 2005 make it a 2005 vintage that everyone should try.
