This wine is the ornament of the Côtes de Francs, Nicolas Thienpont' s estate, the captain of Pavie-Macquin in Saint-Emilion. It is really well balanced and its power and its complexity make of it a revelation of the vintage for Parker. Very sombre in the glass it distils extremely fine aromas of liquorice, blackberry, raspberry and mineral. The substances purity is admirable. Taste it, besides it has a very accessible price!
