In 1997 the Delon family, owners of de Léoville-Las-Cases, took charge of this Pomerol wine which contented itself with merely being good. After considerable work on the vineyards and in the wine house, the recent vintages have confirmed a full renewal, producing more concentrated wines, ideal for keeping for long periods of time.
