The Sanders family had strived long and hard to return this 28 hectare property, planted with vines on a gravelly-sandy terroir on iron slag, to its former glory. The new owners have continued with their work. The wine is made according to traditional methods, with an ageing process in new barrels for around 18 months, producing extremely elegant and stylish wines.
