Here, in the Barsac appellation, as in that of the white Bordeaux, the Dubourdieu family have proved themselves to be truly skilfull wine-growers who have sought, and found, good taste. Pierre, the father, wisely chose to considerably limit the yield. Denis, his son, has imeediately introduced his own style of true oenological purity, without altering the instrinsic quality of the wine. The dry white wine is also a sheer marvel.
