Château de Condissas - made from rigorously selected grapes - is the pet vintage of Jean Guyon, the owner of this 16 hectare chateau, 70% of which are planted with Merlot. The wine-making and ageing processes are carried out with a remarkable strictness and discipline. Recent vintages should be kept, as the wood, fruit and tanins have still not mellowed.
