AOC Provence
A paradise for the olive tree and the vine. The Alpilles region, with its chalky terroir, offers ideal conditions for the production of fine wines. The production process is more regulated than in the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence AOC and the slight changes in climate make it more favourable.
